Cultural Exchange for Kids by Vlogging

  • Vlogs are a powerful way to share your passions and experiences with the world. It is no wonder they are so popular these days, especially among the younger generation.

  •  V-Pals is a vlogging exchange program designed to facilitate cross-cultural education for K-12 students across the United States and abroad. It provides a platform for kids from different cultures, with different lifestyles and perspectives, to view and share vlogs featuring bits and pieces of their everyday lives with one another. These vlogs are only shared with other students in the group, which will typically consist of 8-12 students within the same age range.

  • What makes vlogging on V-Pals awesome is that it allows children to express themselves authentically, and share their thoughts and ideas: a game they are interested in, their favorite places to visit, the movies and books they are reading, their favorite meals and treats, and even special events like their birthdays. Doing so will allow them to learn from one another, trade ideas, explore new opportunities, and most of all, have fun!

  • The duration of the project is 3 months. If you need assistance or have questions, we have a technical support team available to help you at any time.

"  I think my favorite part of V-Pals was getting to meet new people. In my group, we had so many things in common, we liked the same snacks, the same tv shows, music. There was always something to talk about"

" I enjoyed V-Pals. There were other kids in my group who talked differently and dressed differently. But in the end, we still became great friends. "

"I had some super fun kids in my group and though it was a bit awkward at first, we became friends pretty quickly. I would definitely do this again"
