Our organization is structured with five departments:
- Board of Directors/Executive Department
- Human Resources/Volunteer Recruitment
- Curriculum and Programs
- Grants and Public Relations
- Social Media
Each department is run by a Team Leader who together with a Project Manager manages individual members of their team. Our Team Leaders manage the department and provide direction and vision. Project Managers ensure small details are not lost and help keep the department running smoothly. Our Volunteer Coordinator monitors/communicates regularly with Project Managers to ensure the success of our overall mission and oversees all ongoing projects and volunteers.
